The MENTOR Network is a national network of local health and human services providers operating in 35 states since 1980, serving people with disabilities, complex medical and behavioral needs, and elders. Because staff work across homes, day programs, community and clinical settings, the organization faced highly varied technology needs, an end‑of‑life legacy service tool, and a requirement for a cloud, easily configurable platform that could integrate with systems like Oracle and Salesforce and automate onboarding, access provisioning, timekeeping and resource management.
After evaluating several vendors, The MENTOR Network implemented EasyVista for its flexibility and ease of use. EasyVista integrated fixed assets, employee data and the CMDB, enabled automated workflows and cloud delivery, and supports extended-hours field support. Results include a 25% increase in daily service calls/tickets processed without adding headcount, faster access provisioning, smoother transitions from paper to electronic processes, stronger audit tracking, and a scalable foundation now being extended toward mobile service apps.
