Axia FibreNet, a global operator of high-performance fibre‑optic broadband networks in Alberta, Massachusetts and France, needed a modern, mobile-first IT service management platform to unite newly formed business units. Their aging HP system had inconsistent reporting, broken asset management and couldn’t provide cross‑functional KPIs or support HR, CRM, finance, operations, provisioning, security and corporate infrastructure in a cohesive way.

After evaluating nine vendors (shortlisting IBM and ServiceNow), Axia selected EasyVista with FMX Solutions for its out‑of‑the‑box reporting, ITIL alignment, configurability and lower total cost of ownership without needing custom Java development. EasyVista was rolled out to 200+ front‑office and 45 back‑office users, automating customer support and asset lifecycle, improving SLA/KPI visibility, maturing change and event management, and delivering a simpler, more consistent platform that replaced the HP environment.
