Arkema, a global chemicals leader with 15,200 employees and operations in more than 40 countries, needed to unify and improve its IT service delivery across Europe, North America and Asia. With inconsistent tools and processes across regions, the IT organization sought better visibility of 1,200+ servers across 100 sites, more reliable incident/change management, and a consolidated Service Desk to support roughly 10,000 users and meet SLAs.

Arkema implemented EasyVista’s EV Service Manager—an integrated ITSM platform with self-service, asset management and a CMDB—deployed regionally with a cross‑continental project team and training for several hundred support staff. The rollout centralized processes, enabled end users to log and track incidents via self‑service, strengthened change management linked to the CMDB, and delivered improved infrastructure reliability, consistent SLA compliance and the ability to capitalize on best practices across continents.
