The Lodge at Spruce Peak, a hotel and resort in Stowe, VT, sought to streamline its in-room dining and to-go services to accommodate high volumes of guests during the winter ski season. To meet this challenge, they partnered with eCoast Systems to implement the GoTab contactless ordering and payment platform.

eCoast Systems' solution empowered guests to order and pay for food from their mobile devices, while staff could easily manage menus in real-time. This led to higher average guest spend and created a more efficient operation with easier staff training and lower labor costs. The resort also plans to further utilize eCoast Systems' e-commerce capabilities to launch new revenue streams like in-room grocery delivery.
