Florida Brewers Guild - Customer Case Study

The Florida Brewers Guild sought to enhance its 2022 Tampa Craft Beer Fest, an event with over 90 breweries and 400 attendees. The challenge was to create a superior experience, specifically by establishing a dedicated, well-serviced area for brewers to relax and network away from the crowds. The Guild partnered with eCoast Systems and utilized its GoTab commerce platform to address this need.

eCoast Systems implemented a solution using the GoTab platform to create a streamlined ordering system for the brewers' area. Brewers could order from on-site food trucks via a QR code and receive text alerts when their orders were ready. eCoast Systems also provided a cloud-based POS for merchandise sales, which featured lower transaction rates and useful inventory management tools. This allowed volunteers to check stock easily and provided the Guild with post-event sales reports for analysis, saving time and helping to plan for future events.
