Brew Haven Tap House, serving beers from its sister brewery Bearded Tang Brewing, needed to enhance guest satisfaction and control labor costs while gaining better insights into the performance of their rotating product selection. To address this, they turned to the vendor eCoast Systems and implemented the GoTab POS and mobile payment terminal system.

eCoast Systems provided a flexible, integrated solution that allowed staff to process orders and payments from stationary POS terminals or wirelessly via tablets throughout the venue. This improved operational efficiency for both bar and table service. The management team used the system’s robust analytics to track product performance in real-time, allowing them to quickly adjust their offerings and promotions to maximize sales and positively impact their bottom line.
