Elkjøp Nordic, the largest consumer electronics retailer in the Nordics, needed to boost accessory visibility and increase attach rates during Black Friday and the holiday season. Working with Dynamic Yield, the team focused on website and newsletter personalization to make related products easier to discover and improve add-to-cart performance.

Dynamic Yield helped Elkjøp Nordic launch buy-box accessory recommendations on product detail pages and API-driven popup recommendations for products without assigned accessories. The result was strong gains, including up to 55% higher accessory add-to-cart rates in Finland, 34% higher add-to-cart revenue in some categories, and a record peak season with 2.1 BNOK in sales over two weeks, 43% growth versus budget, and 21% growth year over year.
