Leading Fashion Retailer, a major American fashion brand, needed help quickly scaling its eCommerce personalization as COVID-19 drove more shoppers online and its internal resources were stretched. It partnered with Dynamic Yield and Dynamic Yield’s Strategic Services Group to improve product discovery and overall digital experience without adding long-term overhead.

Dynamic Yield implemented a fully managed personalization program, starting with homepage product recommendations tailored to new and returning visitors and later refining those experiences by audience behavior. The result was a 4.3% increase in average revenue per user, an initial jump in homepage recommendation direct revenue from 0.3% to 2.9%, and projected annual revenue of $4.57 million from homepage recommendation optimizations alone; Dynamic Yield also helped launch 10 new variations across three campaigns and expected to drive another $77,103 annually from PDP notification messaging.
