Using Dynamic Yield, the team focused on improving high-traffic pages and tailoring recommendations to different customer intents to drive stronger conversion and revenue performance.

Dynamic Yield helped Alshaya Group implement A/B tests and recommendation strategies powered by AdaptML deep learning across key brand experiences like homepages, category pages, PDPs, and discovery pages. The results included a +14% uplift in purchase revenue and +25% higher click-through rate for “Viewed Together,” 4% of direct revenue and an +8% CTR lift on discovery pages, and a +2% incremental increase in direct revenue plus +1.04% CTR uplift on the H&M homepage, while recommendation revenue overall increased by 100%.
