Signet Jewelers, the world’s largest retailer of diamond jewelry (brands include Kay, Zales, Jared), faced the challenge of personalizing experiences for a broad range of products and price points — especially for anonymous, first-time visitors who often don’t buy on their first visit. Creating a sticky, relevant first impression was critical to drive repeat visits and lift conversion across fine and luxury jewelry categories.

Using Dynamic Yield’s Element to activate Mastercard’s geo-based predictive spend insights, Signet targeted anonymous visitors by likely spend behaviors in their zip codes and personalized homepage and PLP content (including videos and sustainability messaging). The approach delivered dramatic lifts: +67% AOV and +229% revenue per visitor for luxury-targeted users, +88% conversion for sustainability-targeted users, plus strong engagement gains and overall uplifts across AOV, conversion, and revenue per user.
