To address these operational inefficiencies, OYO partnered with vendor Duve to implement a solution utilizing its guest experience platform, which includes online check-in and a communication hub.
By integrating Duve's platform with Igloohome's smart locks, OYO automated its check-in and room access. The solution centralized communications and triggered automated access codes for guests. This allowed OYO to implement over 670 digital locks, dramatically reducing staff workload and eliminating the security risks of physical keys. The vendor Duve helped OYO achieve a streamlined, secure process that led to increased operational efficiency and significantly improved guest satisfaction.
