TNT implemented Dun & Bradstreet’s Market Insight worldwide, combining D&B data with TNT’s internal records and harmonizing systems and processes. The solution delivered up to a 10x improvement in conversion from suspects to prospects, enriched 60–80% of the business database, and generated many new qualified leads (including in mature markets) by revealing parent/subsidiary relationships, lookalikes and cross‑sell/up‑sell opportunities; TNT continues to expand use of the tool across its global network.
