Suzy Steele, Director of Operations Data Management, needed to connect fragmented customer records across roughly 17 systems, remove data quality barriers, and align data work to business growth goals while embedding strong governance to prevent regressions once systems went live.

The team built a master data hub (hub-and-spoke) and overlaid clean, governed customer data, working closely with Dun & Bradstreet and other Data Exchange partners on architecture, design and testing. With third-party technology and vendor data integrated, Red Hat now delivers proactive, downstream-ready customer information and is positioned to spin up predictive models within weeks—enabling faster, more accurate sales engagement and scalable on-demand support.
