As a result, Duke Energy cut quarterly review time by 80%, scaled credit reviews from 6% to 100% of its portfolio, focused ongoing monitoring on less than 10% of higher-risk customers, and saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in securitization deposit interest while reducing overall risk exposure.
