DrumUp provided the solution by empowering IBM's employees, or IBMers, through training and an employee advocacy platform. This program enabled over 100,000 active internal bloggers to build powerful social media presences and share content. The results for IBM were significant, including over $100 million in crowd funding and a more than 40% increase in gross profit revenues.
