Georgia Southern University partnered with Druid to modernize student engagement and campus operations. Facing the limits of an outdated SMS-based communication system and growing expectations from digital-native students for instant, 24/7 access to information and services, the university wanted to improve satisfaction, reduce manual oversight, and make support more accessible without increasing costs.
Druid co-created the GUS AI agent, an agentic AI solution that integrated with Georgia Southern University’s digital infrastructure and added capabilities such as campaign management, survey administration, and HR support. The result was faster, more responsive communication, streamlined administrative work, and better service for students and staff, with the university reporting improved engagement and operational efficiency and planning to expand GUS further.
