Harry Hall, the long-established equestrian retailer, partnered with dotmailer and Holbrook Digital Consultancy to implement its first email automations. The challenge was to analyze historical customer data, identify high lifetime-value segments and design programs that would reinforce brand quality, improve customer experience and drive more revenue and ROI.
Through dotmailer’s collaborative automation-build workshops Harry Hall launched welcome, post-purchase, birthday and abandoned-cart programs while upskilling its team to build and test flows independently. The data-driven, personalized campaigns increased subscriber engagement, created more memorable customer journeys and produced a measurable uplift in ROI, enabling the brand to scale its automation efforts.
