Accolade Wines, a leading wine company in Australia and the UK, faced a post-merger challenge of scaling marketing and service systems as its customer base grew and the market shifted. Since May 2017 Accolade implemented dotdigital’s Engagement Cloud to automate email programs (birthday vouchers, post-purchase, abandoned-cart) and add SMS.
