Working with dotdigital and Fresh Relevance, the team started with cart and browse abandonment emails, then expanded into web personalization to create more relevant onsite experiences and reduce the burden on IT.

dotdigital helped Cooksongold deploy triggered emails, product recommendations, social proof, countdown timers, and location-based content using Fresh Relevance’s Site Editor and Experience Management tools. The results included a 13% year-on-year uplift in sales from abandonment emails, a 112% year-on-year sales uplift from onsite product recommendations, and an increase in voucher redemption from 35% to 50%, while also improving efficiency and reducing human error.
