dotdigital helped implement double opt-in for kiosk registrations, smarter segmentation, and more intelligent automations such as browse abandonment and welcome flows with purchase logic. The result was a 63% reduction in average newsletter sends, while peak season revenue grew 41%, showing that Timpson Group could send less and achieve more.
