dotdigital helped Buyagift implement targeted browse abandonment emails, automated recommendations, welcome emails, and social proof messaging. The results were strong: a 512% increase in sales, a 229% increase in ID rate for abandonment emails, a 53% lift in open rates, a 154% increase in click-through rates, a 192% uplift in sales per email, and a 913% increase in sales per unique website visitor. Buyagift also reported a 24% sales uplift in newsletters, a 51% increase in sales from welcome emails, and a 13% sales increase from social proof.
