WSM Personal is a German HR services provider (founded 2014, ~140 employees) that places workers from several EU countries into industries like food, construction and logistics. Managing roughly 80,000 personnel documents and delivering signed employment contracts to recruits abroad created a need for fast, secure, cloud-based document management and an integrated e-signature process to avoid administrative bottlenecks.

WSM implemented DocuWare Cloud in 2015 and added Validated ID digital signatures in 2020, integrating with their ERP and using two-factor authentication for signing. The solution automated contract workflows, enabled mobile signing and automatic archiving, boosted speed and agility across borders, and eliminated the need for at least two additional administrative staff.
