Wullschleger Martinenghi Manzini (WMM Group) is a Ticino‑based Swiss management consulting firm (founded 1972) with 80+ employees serving 2,500+ private and corporate clients. The company struggled with slow, paper‑heavy processes—staff collected, copied and archived thousands of receipts each year, making searches, audit requests and secure destruction time‑consuming and costly across tax, business consulting, asset and real estate management.

Since deploying DocuWare on‑premise (in use since 2013 and rolled out company‑wide), WMM automated document capture, OCR indexing and workflows and integrated bidirectionally with Abacus, ISAwin, Quorum and INSA. Customers can submit scans directly, digital stamps and status updates simplify approvals, and about half the staff use the system daily—eliminating massive paper copying, speeding audits and postings, freeing resources for growth and improving service quality, an effort recognized with the Digital Leaders Award 2024.
