Value Place is an extended-stay economy hotel chain with 70+ locations whose central accounting team in Wichita processed over 2,000 AP invoices per month. Manual data entry, paper routing for approvals and frequent misfiling made invoice research slow and pushed payment cycles out two to three weeks, creating a bottleneck as the company scaled and prepared to migrate from MAS 90 to MAS 500.

Value Place implemented DocuWare integrated with MAS 500, using barcode scanning to index invoices and automate electronic routing and approvals.
