The Biggest Loser Resorts, an award‑winning fitness and wellness resort operating in Utah, Malibu and Niagara/Buffalo, needed to adopt more environmentally healthy business practices and modernize back‑office operations as it expanded. With decentralized purchasing across three locations, the company faced slow, paper‑based invoice approvals, cumbersome document retention and compliance risks that made audits and remote approvals difficult.

Invoices are now scanned, routed and approved with electronic stamps (including remote approvals), while HR records are securely archived, eliminating physical storage.
