Stoll Automotive Group, a fast-growing VW and Audi dealer with four showrooms in southern Germany and an online sales channel, needed a central, flexible way to manage documents across locations and integrate with its CROSS dealer management system. Rapid expansion exposed inefficiencies from paper archives and fragmented workflows, so the company sought a cloud solution to reduce admin effort and provide consistent access to documents for all teams.

They implemented DocuWare Cloud (mid‑2019) using preconfigured workflows and a CROSS interface to automate invoice processing, scan and index signed sales orders, manage prepayment and used-car workflows, and create digital vehicle files.
