The family‑run Stanglmeier Group, a Bavarian travel and mobility services provider with branches in Mainburg, Ingolstadt and Pfaffenhofen, faced a growing paperwork problem: up to 200 incoming A/P invoices a day plus dispersed paper files and slow, manual approval and search processes across locations. To keep operations efficient and compliant while scaling services, the company needed a faster, more transparent way to handle invoices and personnel documents.

Since early 2018 Stanglmeier moved to DocuWare Cloud, implementing automated capture (scan or email retrieval), indexing and workflow routing to clerks, managers and accounting, plus mobile approvals and HR digital files for ~300 employees. The result: much faster invoice control and document searches, better cross‑location transparency, lower costs and storage needs, streamlined processes (including timely cash discounts) and reliable proof of employee notifications.
