Carriers scan completed transport surveys, ABBYY extracts the data, Splunk visualizes delivery status and metrics, and DocuWare automatically archives and cross-checks documents. The solution delivered traceability for more than 70,000 orders (~$9M) every 21 days, centralized logistics control, faster customer responses, reliable carrier/region performance metrics, and eliminated risks from lost or damaged transport documents.
