Lyonnaise des Eaux, part of the SUEZ group and the main partner for local water management in France, faced a time‑consuming records problem: plans, deeds and technical documents were stored in tubes and suspension files with incomplete indexing, forcing staff to rummage through basements to fulfill requests.
