Linstow Baltic, part of the Norwegian Linstow Group, develops and manages shopping centers and mixed‑use properties in Estonia and Latvia. Processing about 800 documents a month, the company struggled with a legacy electronic file cabinet that forced paper‑based workflows, made quick retrieval and internal control difficult, and prevented efficient integration with its Epicor iScala accounting system.

By deploying DocuWare (on‑premises) with a remote partner implementation and legacy data migration, Linstow Baltic automated indexing, approval workflows and electronic signatures, and now transfers invoice data directly into iScala. The result: 50 users can securely store and quickly retrieve project documents, approval and cost‑allocation steps are automated (including split invoices), manual work is reduced, and compliance and tracking have improved significantly.
