Liftasud is a French HVAC distributor and installer with 70 employees across seven branches that set out to become completely paperless. Faced with a flood of invoices, purchase orders, quotations, contracts and other document types spread across sales, accounting, purchasing and administration—and needing seamless multi-site and remote working—the company needed a solution that would integrate with its Sage X3 ERP and meet strict internal requirements.
DocuWare Cloud, tightly integrated with Sage X3, automated Liftasud’s purchasing and sales workflows, added electronic signatures and intelligent indexing, and allowed the team to configure processes themselves. The company quickly moved to company‑wide use, digitized and archived over 650,000 documents, maintained business continuity during the pandemic and is now planning to expand the paperless solution to international sites.
