Levi Strauss Germany, the company behind the Blue Jeans, set out to modernize its order-to-cash operations as it centralized services into a European service center. Over five years more than 120 GB of invoices, shipping slips and returns had accumulated, creating a need for faster, more sustainable digital document management and seamless access for both the Frankfurt headquarters and the new service center.

Levi migrated its archive into the DocuWare Cloud and digitized incoming and legacy paper documents using Samsung multifunction devices installed across 44 branches. The cloud-based solution delivers automated indexing and immediate, transparent access to a central document pool, has cut costs by double digits through fleet management, improved processing efficiency, and is being piloted in OTC with plans to expand and integrate with SAP.
