Johanniter Emergency Services, one of Europe’s largest aid organizations with about 56,000 staff and volunteers across nearly 300 member groups, needed a secure, central way to manage personnel files and a tamper‑proof system for incoming invoices. The organization faced slow, paper‑based processes, scattered access across regional and overseas teams, and the challenge of providing permission‑controlled access for HR, accounting and field offices.
