Interlázaro is a three‑generation fruit producer in Calatayud, Spain, farming 800 hectares with 200 employees and over 40 million kilos of fruit annually. Because administrative offices and field teams are widely dispersed, up to 60 invoices and delivery notes a day were physically shuttled between orchards and HQ, causing delays, lost documents and slow approval processes.
