Elektro Noehmer, an Austrian cable operator and internet provider, faced explosive growth—employees rose from 28 to 86 and weekly contracts jumped from about 10 to ~100—creating urgent need to replace paper-based workflows with simple, scalable processes so new staff could be onboarded quickly and operations remain efficient.
