Christian Health Care Center (CHCC) is a nonprofit elder-care and mental-health provider with multiple inpatient and outpatient programs, each with its own admissions paperwork. The Center struggled with redundant, manual data entry, inconsistent document storage across programs, slow insurance invoicing, and the need to quickly produce staff training records for audits and accreditation.
