CCP, a Hamburg-based personnel and HR services group with about 500 employees across 10 German locations, struggled with paper-based personnel files and a time-consuming, error-prone billing process. Long legal retention periods forced the company to rent extra storage and made document retrieval slow and inconsistent, prompting a move to a central accounting center and a digital solution to eliminate postal transfers and streamline operations.

CCP implemented DocuWare Cloud to scan and automatically index documents into secure, individual digital personnel files and integrated it with their LANDWEHR L1 system. With roughly 65 users processing ~7,000 personnel documents monthly, automated workflows for hours recording, payroll and invoicing have cut time and costs, removed errors, ensured tamper-proof archiving for compliance, and improved responsiveness to customers.
