Anker Logística y Carga is an international logistics provider based in Bogotá with about 100 employees and offices across Latin America. The company’s sales team handled up to 150 daily freight price requests, but a three‑person pricing team became a critical bottleneck: staff had to manually copy data from PDFs into emails and carriers often timed out or cancelled orders, causing long overtime and delayed responses.
