HENRI FRAISE FILS & Cie is a Madagascar-based equipment dealer representing brands like Caterpillar and John Deere, operating across four islands with about 1,550 employees. Facing large volumes of mission and repair orders, heavy paper use and slow, hard-to-track approval processes, the company needed to streamline workflows and improve document traceability to remove operational bottlenecks.

Starting in early 2024 the team deployed DocuWare (cloud) with a dedicated project manager and partner support to digitalize 5,000 mission orders and expand to repair orders and machine tracking. Around 100 daily users—including 50 approvers—now use automated workflows that speed approvals, improve communication and reporting, and enable API integration with ERP IRIUM; the next phase will digitalize internal purchase requests.
