AAA Washington, part of the American Automobile Association, needed to modernize its insurance onboarding and agreement workflows. The result was a dramatic reduction in time to agreement from 14 days to about 1 day, with 87% completed within three hours, plus lower costs, fewer errors, and improved close rates—agents using DocuSign sold more business than those who did not.
