A DJUBO Case Study
WAHYU DEWATA, a rice-terrace property in Bali, faced limited visibility of room availability, constrained OTA revenue and manual inefficiencies. To address this the owner implemented DJUBO’s channel management and booking engine (including payment processing) to centralize availability and sales across OTAs.
Using DJUBO’s solution the hotel made availability visible across OTAs and its booking engine, improved payment handling, and freed one staff member for other tasks. Results include OTA revenue rising from IDR 9,200,000 to approximately IDR 12,350,000, a 9% YoY increase in OTA revenues, a 35% YoY increase in OTA occupancy, and about a 3% rise in ARR.
