Travel Home Hospitality, a reservation, sales & marketing company for hotels, resorts and homestays in Munnar, was facing challenges scaling distribution across multiple properties while avoiding OTA bouncing and overbooking and improving online/offline sales management. They partnered with DJUBO and adopted DJUBO’s CRS and channel manager to centralize inventory and connect properties to OTAs and the booking engine.
DJUBO delivered real-time availability, channel management and payment processing so rooms are accurately visible across OTAs and the booking engine, preventing overbookings and enabling more sales. As a result, OTA revenue climbed to approximately 350% (from a prior maximum of ~10%), OTA occupancy increased more than 50% year‑over‑year, and ARR rose by about 50%.
