SAPODILLA UBUD, a boutique hotel in Bali, needed a reliable way to manage OTA availability, dynamic pricing and channel distribution without constant manual intervention. They partnered with DJUBO, adopting DJUBO’s Channel Manager and PMS to centralize availability control, dynamic rates and booking engine/payment processes.

Using DJUBO’s channel manager, PMS and payment processing, SAPODILLA UBUD gained real-time visibility of room availability across OTAs and automated dynamic rate updates. The hotel reported OTA revenues up 10%, OTA occupancy up 17.65%, average room rates rising from IDR 850K to IDR 900K–1,000,000, and an ARR increase of about IDR 200K.
