A DJUBO Case Study
Roopmahal Premier Inn, a hotel in Trivandrum, Kerala, launched in 2016 and faced difficulty managing online and offline inventory and reservations. They partnered with DJUBO and began using the DJUBO app and channel management/reservation tools to gain real-time visibility into room sales, inventory status and distribution, reducing the need for daily manual supervision.
DJUBO implemented an always-online auto-sync channel manager, a centralized reservation system and a direct booking engine with rate-mapping capabilities to automate inventory distribution and pricing. As a result, Roopmahal Premier Inn achieved a 2.18x increase in OTA revenue, a 73% rise in occupancy and an 18% increase in direct booking engine revenues, while staff time spent on inventory management dropped and DJUBO’s support remained highly responsive.
