PETALS RESORT, CHAIN OF 4 BOUTIQUE HOTELS & RESORTS, a four‑property group in Wayanad, Kerala, needed to simplify and speed up OTA inventory and rate management to respond to competition and market demand. They partnered with DJUBO to leverage its channel manager, CRS and booking engine to automate inventory syncing and maintain multiple pre-prepared rate plans.

DJUBO implemented an auto‑sync channel manager and centralized CRS with a pre-planned rate calendar and one‑click rate updates, ensuring unsold rooms stayed available on all OTAs and bookings/cancellations were tracked centrally. The automation drove measurable impact: a 50% increase in OTA revenue share, a 30% rise in occupancy and a 20% increase in ARR for PETALS RESORT.
