MAJESTIC BEACH COMFORTS, a boutique hotel in Goa, needed better direct bookings, real-time inventory visibility and fewer cancellations. DJUBO implemented the booking engine, payment-link Quick Pay and automated inventory sync plus guest notifications, which reduced cancellations and enabled overnight resale of freed-up rooms. As a result MAJESTIC BEACH COMFORTS saw OTA revenue contribution rise to about 30%, occupancy increase by over 20%, and average room rate (ARR) grow by roughly 10%.
