A DJUBO Case Study
Hotel Lotus, a property in Madurai, was seeking to streamline its sales process, increase direct and OTA bookings, and secure advance payments while consolidating reservations and guest data. To address these challenges the hotel partnered with Djubo, deploying a responsive, mobile-friendly website, Djubo’s booking engine, CRS and payment gateway to improve SEO, capture enquiries, and unify inventory and guest information.
Djubo implemented real-time inventory sync across the website, OTAs, TripAdvisor and Google, enabled advance payments and automated email/SMS confirmations, and provided one-click guest database export for marketing. As a result Djubo helped Hotel Lotus grow OTA share by about 300%, boost OTA occupancy by over 112.5%, and raise average room rates (ARR) by roughly ₹2,000 while increasing confirmed bookings and operational efficiency.
