Norway’s largest tax collector recruiting Digital Workers to assist in process automation

Oslo kemnerkontor, the largest tax collector for the city of Oslo, sought to improve efficiency, mitigate risk, and ensure the equal treatment of citizens. To meet these goals, the organization identified a need to automate its work processes and selected Digital Workforce after a competitive tender to provide Robotic Process Automation (RPA) services and licenses.

Digital Workforce implemented an on-premise RPA solution, beginning with a three-week training "sandbox" for eleven employees. Following this, they launched a pilot project to automate two key processes. The partnership provided Oslo kemnerkontor with a clear RPA framework, consultancy, and support, setting the foundation for improved process quality, fewer mistakes, and a move towards a mature Robotic Operations Model.
