Vodafone worked with the Digital Marketing Institute to raise digital marketing standards across its global organization. As a large telecommunications company with teams in many markets, Vodafone needed a consistent, effective online learning solution that could help its marketers build the minimum acceptable level of digital skills and apply them directly to their day-to-day work.
The Digital Marketing Institute responded by tailoring a custom digital marketing program for Vodafone, selecting relevant topics, providing access to 15 modules from its Professional Diploma and Specialist Diplomas, and integrating the content into Vodafone’s existing e-learning system. The rollout was supported with internal campaigns such as e-flyers and newsletters, helping generate awareness and enthusiasm, and Vodafone continues to use the program to certify staff worldwide and strengthen its digital capability.
