The FruitGuys needed to scale quickly to remote work while supporting a customer service team of just four reps across nearly 80 employees. Using Dialpad Connect and its Google Workspace integration, they wanted a simpler way to manage call routing, recordings, and support operations without relying heavily on IT.
Dialpad implemented the Department feature and Google Chrome CTI inside Netsuite, letting agents click-to-dial, handle calls in-browser, and manage statuses and contacts without switching tabs. The result was major efficiency gains, including 10 hours saved per week, easier administration for department heads, and a more productive small support team.
